About the Movement Code

I coach people out of chronic pain by changing how load distributes across their body. Where you feel pain is rarely where the problem starts, so the work begins with finding the areas doing more than their share.

The method came out of my own injury. My L4-L5 disc ruptured in 2017, and every treatment I tried focused on where it hurt. What finally worked was reading my whole structure and retraining it. Click HERE to read more about my personal story.
