Upgraded Posture Assessment
$40.00

The Upgraded Posture Assessment reads your body in two types of positions: rested (standing) and active (single leg standing).

Active positions ask each side of your body to do different work, which shows compensation patterns a resting position cannot. You get a more complete read on how load is distributed, both at rest and in motion.

I send you a recorded video analysis of your structural relationships in both positions.

Three images of a woman in black athletic wear performing yoga poses against a plain white wall. The first image shows her bending forward in a forward fold with her hands on the floor. The second image shows her standing on her left leg with her right leg extended back and her arms hanging down. The third image shows her standing upright with feet together and arms relaxed at her sides.
Premium Posture Assessment
$65.00

The Premium Posture Assessment is the most complete read of how your body manages load. It looks at three positions: how your body supports itself at rest (standing), how both sides work together on the same task at the same time (bending), and how each side works independently (single leg standing).

Three positions give me the fullest picture of your structural relationships, which areas are overworking, and which are underworking to let them. I send you a recorded video analysis of what I see and why it matters for your pain or your performance.
